Larry has run up against a little tomfoolery in Sevier County, where the county GOP is proving that rules, apparently, are only for the other guy. When it comes to selecting its preferred candidate, Republicans’ doctrine is: “Bylaws for thee, not for me.” And you thought monkey business was limited to the zoo.
